So..this morning..I tried my luck to claim the bill as stated in the "Executive Remuneration Package"...
Outpatient treatment shall include the following :
(a) ...
(b) ...
(c) Ante natal and post natal examination.
Regardless ape yg stated for item (h)...I just submit the claim to admin..
Nak tau ape item (h) ???
(h) Specialist treatment by a Specialist Doctor upon recommendation by General Medical Practitioner (GMP).............bla bla...
Hehehehe....
Bkn pe..GMP (panel clinic) company nie sume xde ultrascan (US) machine..that's why sy x penah gi wat check up situ..dh x gi situ..cane le GMP tu nk kasik recommendation kan...
Sy mmg dpt recommendation letter dr Doc yg i jumpe for US tu..tapi x consider sbb dia bukan GMP my company.. huhuhu....
X kisah le x dpt claim pon...saje je try kot2 lepas..kire rezeki le..x leh claim...x heran pon...
Tu pasal sblm nie punye le sy survey any clinic biasa yg ade 3D scan..bukan pe..sure bleh claim nye... hahaha...
Then satu hal yg sy cam x puas hati ckit ngn my manager...Ipoh Factory the only branch yg ade law..Supervisor and above (termasuk exec le).. kalo pegi panel clinic kena bayar lu then baru claim..padahal branch len kt M'sia ni bleh je gi panel clinic w/o paying anything..
Kalo claim tu jenis cepat dpt..kire orite le jugak kan..nie kena tunggu 2-3bln...ish..ish...
That's why sy x bp gemar gi panel clinic...dh kena byr lu..mana2 clinic pon kita bleh gi..sama gak..bayar lu then claim kemudian..
Then, nk dijadikan isu...1 day kebetulan sy ade kt fax machine..masuk 1 fax dr 1 of the panel clinic.. Bill Statement of the month laa..
Saje2 le tgk2 bil tu..tiba2 ternampak nama my manager... 2 kali dtg then each of the fees dlm rm200...
AIK.... dia bleh plak x yah byr dulu claim kemudian... padahal gaji dia dh dlm 10K or more...
Sabo je la dpt Manager cam dia tu.. kalo the whole company group mmg dh wat law cmtu kite bleh gak nk accept..ini dia je saje2 wat law tu kt kilang ipoh nie... Mentang2 le dia manager...ish..ish...
